“I'm not usually one to rate corporate dining but I'm on it for these folks. I lived in Philly for two winters and a summer and ate my fill of cheese steak Sammie's and have missed them deeply over the years since I returned to California but no more!! I don't know if all the locations are this good but I can tell you these folks have it Down!! I have only taken a bite of my son's cold sandwich and it was equally delicious but can't pass up the loaded cheese steak. I have had the original and it is excellent too. The bread to content ratio is spot on. The people there have consistently been pleasant and professional and the place is always clean but doesn't smell like a hospital when you walk in. Seriously, give them a try if you haven't.

Parking: Sometimes the parking right in front is rather full but there is plenty of parking adjacent in the Smart and Final space.“

“I've been to this location many times now and have yet to be disappointed. A great place for a good sandwich, lunch or dinner. My wife loves their cookies. I always get the club, instead of mayo I have them use ranch, so good. Always fresh. Will continue to eat here.“

“Two days ago was in the store with my husband Michael - I echo his praise and add the following comments:

Always allowed to use the restroom so don’t know what the one guy on Yelp is complaining about. It is well documented that the store closes at 8pm, and on this night, they didn’t rush us out even though we were still eating at 8pm. They let us stay while they cleaned the store for the night so we could finish eating. My husband wanted a meatball sandwich. Thank goodness the employee let us know that at that time of night, right before closing, the meatballs were frozen so my husband can change his mind. The meatballs during the day probably have the chance to marinade with the sauce…they would taste awful if used frozen. As for hygiene, the store is immaculate AND they wash their hands before handling food. I even saw gloves in use. One lady on Yelp complained about people from the Middle East. The absolute irrelevance of national origin, and the nature of her comments, suggests racism. If by Middle East she is trying to infer Muslim religion, then she should understand how important being a good host is to a Muslim…I have NEVER been treated so well as I am treating by Muslims while on travel. With regard to the two men I always see on duty at the store, one may be a Muslim (irrelevant, if he is) but I doubt the other is a Muslim; he wears his hair like he is a Sikh (not Muslim) which would suggest he is from Punjab, the north of India, which is in South Asia, not the Middle East. This potential Punjabi gentleman is very friendly to me and my husband, every visit.

When I saw the store is immaculate, I mean spotless. the table and floors, even behind the counter, are always clean, the trash in the bin not overflowing, and there are no bad smells. I am posting this on Google because the review on Yelp was so unfair. This place, the food, and these people are great. We drive a considerable distance just to order food with them.“

“I was in Roseville a little early for the Jeopardy Tournament of NBA Champions at the Wilt Chamberlain Auditorium, and decided I had plenty of time for a couple of sandwiches at The Sandwich Spot. I normally wouldn't go to something like this but to see Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'neal and the great Kareem Abdul Jabbar all together is something you don't want to miss!

“I came into sourdough and Company on Lincoln Boulevard for the first time today. I have never been to one of these locations as they do not have them around where I grew up in Kentucky. I was greeted by. Tanvi The big smile and I absolutely helpful attitude. A few questions as this was my first time, but Ethyn was quick to chime in . Neither one At all by any of my questions which was absolutely wonderful as I seemed a little out of place and out of sorts here. The food was delicious, very fresh. But I would’ve came back regardless thanks to the wonderful service by both of them. I highly recommend this place as it will now become my new lunch spot. Thanks to their exceptional service.“

I can’t honestly tell you because I’m a skinny guy and don’t eat much that their portions are small and definitely not what is advertised or use to be. 12” meatballs subs have less meat than a 6” back in the day. You guys know I’m telling the truth. 6 meatballs if your lucky on a foot long is what use to be a 6” sandwich. You definitely don’t get what you pay for no amount of topping will change that and at the end me of the day subway is a rip off now. “I went there at lunchtime to pick up a Subway sandwich I ordered through an app. I thought this place was doing honest business.
The reason is that I ordered using an app promotion, and some places have promotions where the amount of ham is so little that it seems fake, but this place had a normal amount.

I'll definitely order from this place next time.
I've been deceived at another place before, and I won't say which place, but the amount of ham in the sandwiches made by the couple who apparently own them was small.
