“This place is a GEM. I feel like I’m in an indie film every time i visit this place. This place is so freaking cool. It has all the great classics for music and friendly locals and bartender/server. Very eclectic, warm and overall relaxing.

This is by far my favorite sandwich shop in Long Beach. It doesn’t get any better than this place. I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and they’re all bangers. I have brought multiple people here and they love it just as much! I just haven’t had their pizza and desserts here yet but i wouldn’t be surprised if that was good too. This place is ALL about the bread. Any sandwich you get, you’re going to be invited to the most delicious holding vessel your mouth has ever experienced. The quality of the meats are really good and the balance between them are spectacular. My favorite sandwich so far is the Track Suit. Warm, savory, cheesy, soft, crunchy deliciousness! And that pickled cherry pepper is EPIC. I want one right now! Can’t wait to come back and try more items.

Do yourself a favor and choose your own adventure here. From sitting inside or outside, it is always cool and nice ambiance; and you can always take it to go, the beach is down the street! They also have a deli shop where you can get cheap booze and cocktails in a can! I have also found new soft drinks that are now my favorite here.

“This is one of the greatest pizzas ever. I've tried a lot of pizza in Hb and FV. This had to be the freshest and most unique pizzas ever. They also have great names for the pizzas. I got the Home Alone and Life's a garden, Dig it. Amazing. I will be back for more pizzas. Also, while waiting for my pizza, I tried one of their signature beers. “When you enter, the delicious aroma hits you immediately. It's not the prettiest place but it has a fun atmosphere none the less. Enjoyed the k-pop playing in the background.

The marinated beef bulgogi was delicious. So was the beef belly. Also, they had 2 flavors of thrifty brand ice cream for dessert. That was an unexpected and tasty surprise.

We had a California Roll and a rock shrimp roll, and they were perfectly delicious. The rice was plump, with a slight bite with the perfect amount of filling.

A must try is their spicy garlic edamame. Man, they are so flavorful with the right spiciness. You'll be asking for seconds.

The reason for a 4 rating is that the bulgogi beef was a bit dry. It fell a little short in flavor and its traditional sweetness.

They have a great 5 dollar "thirst-quenching" draft beer that goes perfectly with your meal of choice.

Will I be back...YES! In a heartbeat and you should too, when you're in the area.“

“Love this place and I frequent it quite a bit now. Drinks are reasonable price, atmosphere is chill and sporty and bartenders are very attentive and always on point. Beer selection is nice and wide enough that I'm always having a diverse amount drinks from IPAs, blondes or whatever. Even the food is pretty nice. I usually recommend the fries.“

“The only thing wrong was we had to wait approximately 45 minutes do to the "only cook " was on break. First time I ever faced this in a restaurant. Myself was meeting a friend there but I'm sure had their been many other patrons they may of walked out. “Legend Hot Chicken is a really good chicken place! Think of it as a Korean Cane's (their LHC sauce = Canes sauce).

The waitress Luna was very friendly, amazing, polite, and helped me choose what flavors to get and items to get based on popularity. (Honey bee is popular, but I prefer Sweet and Spicy).

Wait time doesn't take long, usually about 15 minutes. The chicken wings and tenders are cooked fully and they are loaded for the sauce. Definitely, recommend the combos as you get a lot of food for the money.

I look forward to coming back here and trying out the other flavors.

“We always liked knolls for drink but their food was mediocre. Well, they have a new owner and new menu and the food was great. And I think prices seem lower, too. And Ricky, our favorite bartender is still there. Good live music but a little loud for conversation. I think that’s a Saturday thing.“
