Your local diner probably has a better grilled cheese sandwich. Wanted something comfy feeling like a wholesome grilled cheese so walked from Terminal 7 only to get a pair of toasts with a coating of cheese. Please stop devaluing grilled cheese and underselling its greatness to International visitors.
Margarita was our waiter and she was terrific. I had the Chicken Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich while my wife had the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. The Flagship and Just Jack Cheese are wonderful, the bread was perfectly grilled, DELICIOUS! They gave us a sample of the Cauliflower Cheese Soup; to die for. Next time we travel will hope Beecher’s is in the airport.

They almost forgot our soup, otherwise, tasty and reasonably priced for the airport (gratuity included in price so it's actually cheaper than other places menu prices) Bartender is entertaining, he likes to joke around. We were also getting over a cold and he was very accommodating by offering some warm water with our meal.
