Brasserie, previously known as Costero Bistro, is a restaurant located in the main lobby to the left of the reception counter. The restaurant offers the option of ordering from the menu or partaking in a buffet. The buffet, priced at around $20 per person after tax, includes basic hotel hot breakfast options such as scrambled carton eggs, country potatoes, hickory bacon, and sausage. There is also a table with various bread options for toasting.
The service at Brasserie is prompt and attentive. Upon being seated, guests are given a menu and a waiter takes their drink order. The waiter then asks if the guest would like to order from the menu or go to the buffet and inquires if they are using a voucher or charging to their room.
The food at the buffet is of better quality than anticipated. The carton eggs have a yolky taste, the bacon is not too greasy, the potatoes are well-seasoned, and the bread slices are thick and fresh. The check is brought over before the guest finishes eating, allowing for a smooth and efficient departure. Overall, Brasserie offers a pricey, yet tasty and efficiently-served dining experience.
