The service from the waitress was great! The kitchen service not great. My family got their food 10 minutes before mine came out. I only order 10 bone in wings.
Server was good. Food was good. Took a little longer to be seated but thats fine as well. My issue is why BWW treats all customers like Bums. What I mean by bums are people who don't pay. They required for me to give them a credit card to ensure a payment was going to be made. She explained they have had people 'dine and dash' so much it is now a requirement. It made me question. Haven't been here for a while but Erin and Gavin definitely made my day .. I was having a rough couple of days (precisely today) but Erins warm hospitality and Gavin's goofyness was just what I needed .. both awesome in their own way . BWW definitely has some gems..
