Don’t know any other bakery that does classic items so well. Their red bean bread has the best texture, I don’t like crushed creamy ones but the ones with whole bean in them. I bring it home and put a think slice of French butter. It’s so good like that. Their round Mochi red bean balls with walnuts are great as well. I also love their sandwiches and take them to my clients often.Their fresia cake-it’s fresh cream with strawberries. Not too sweet yet it melts in your mouth....read full review
The rating is for two of the items sold here: the salty bun and the salad sandwich. I've come to the galleria market and always tend to visit Cake House because of its convenient location. I usually get a loaf of bread and the coffee. However, one weekend, I saw a small number of the salty buns-I think that was its name, can't be certain. Anyway, it was soooo good. The bread felt like it was made with care and there were no preservatives, but it started to go moldy in less than a week. It's not overly sweet and feels a bit like it was made in a big country house.
