KTOWN PHO is a must try for Vietnamese sandwiches and pho noodles and soups. A young crew run the kitchen and front of house, and they are polite, attentive, and friendly. The food is excellent, with a broth that is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, with deep flavor that tastes like it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles are fresh, the meat is tender, and the portion size is generous. Everything comes out hot and beautifully prepared, with fresh herbs. The Veggie Egg rolls and the oxtail bun bo hue are great, and the passion fruit drink is also recommended. Service is friendly and efficient, with one staff member, Tony, providing exceptional customer service. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Prices are also great. This is easily one of the best places around for a satisfying bowl of pho.
