If you’re looking for an old-school Korean restaurant with a nostalgic vibe, I definitely recommend this place.
Their BBQ is very traditional as well, but this time we tried one of the hot pot dishes(jeon gol) and everything was delicious, even the side dishes.

The food and service was amazing! Our server cooked our meat for us to perfection and was so attentive! The meat was super tender, and the dressing on the side salad was so good! I wish we had a place like this in Houston! We had more food than we could finish.

Who would have seen it coming, a dining experience from the same people who own Chung dam kbbq. Chung Ki Wa does everything I love about Chung dam but better, the flavours are better and you definitely get a fine dining feeling. Definitely will be visiting again!

The portions are incredibly generous for the price, and the variety of side dishes (banchan) was amazing. Every bite tastes like a delicious, home-cooked meal made with love. The ownership has changed in a positive way, and the owner personally grills and slices the meat at the table. The experience feels elevated and even better than Suwon Galbi. Standouts include the Black Angus brisket and short rib jumuluk, which was super tender with a really good marinade. The Mugifuji black pork was also surprisingly good with a rich flavor. The kimchi stew with pork brings everything together with a deep, comforting flavor. The food is delicious, and the service is more than perfect with super kind employees. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, with a Korean traditional environment and beautiful natural wood tables shaped like sliced tree trunks. This is a dependable spot for classic Korean BBQ without hypey wait times.
