Best 'cardamom buns' outside of Sweden. Hands down. (Their other stuff is excellent too. But cardamom buns are really all that matter to me.)

Clark Street Bakery delivers a premium experience every time. Their breads and pastries are clearly crafted with care, and while they charge a premium, the quality absolutely matches it. Everything from the food to the atmosphere feels elevated. The staff is super cool and friendly. The BEST croissants and baguettes are available, along with amazing avocado toast, a very decent cup of drip coffee, and a breakfast burrito that was the best one ever. The cardamom bun is totally worth the drive, and the swedish bun is slightly dry. The lox bagel is good and prepared easy to share. The barista consistently makes the coffee better. A recent big order of pastries and coffee for a workplace was handled with care, including cups of three kinds of milk, sugar packets, stirrers, napkins, cups, and lids. The berry danish is a special treat. The plant outside in the corner needs more water and attention. Customers should get there early because the line is long and there will be no seating available. The only wish is that they didn’t close so sharply at 3 PM; staying open until 4 would be perfect.
