“I would like to commend and send a commendation to Danny Mazariegos (Robertson Store, 8306) this evening (11/20/2021) for his stellar service after being misdirected for a pickup order through the Dominos website. After the frustration of having to call and be redirected to an alternate store, different from where I initially ordered it from, Danny greeted me and made sure to remedy the mix-up immediately & account for the confusion. “I appreciate my local dominos. I have ordered from them several times, it’s always delivered or ready for pick up on time, and exactly as I ordered. I am a non-celiac gluten free person due to high sensitivity (will get a bad rash if I eat gluten), and the gluten free pizza here is great and works for me. The staff and delivery are also always kind.“

This young man who has served today December 25, 2024 is serving poorly, THEY DO NOT RESPOND GOOD NIGHT YOUNG MAN... He is NOT heard clearly when we ask him about the specials, he DOES NOT give a good attitude either when collecting or receiving payment. .. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE 3 TIMES THE SAME!!! “Of many Domino's in the area, I find this location to have the most pleasant and professional people serving you. I usually order when I get there, and any/all my special requests are always met. I think having to pay for chili peppers is a bit out of line.“

They once gave me a pie cut instead of a square cut as I ordered last time, but I understand that it is an unusual cut. They are usually busy due to small staffs but skilled and make pizza well“

“I was greeted by Jazmin when I entered the store location. She was friendly and very helpful. The Domino's ordering App was easy to use and fill out. I was able to pick up and carry out. The Domino's App made it easy to pay inside the store. They accept credit, debit, and cash. They don't carry more than twenty dollars in change. Their products speak tomes of their quality and freshness. I can honestly say that I have never received a bad product in my life from Domino's. BTW the pizzas that I ordered were delicious and great. A shout out to Jazmin: " Thank you for making my pizzas so nicely. The pizzas were outstanding." I will for sure return to this Domino's location and do business with them in the future. Thank you for a good ordering experience.“

“We’ve never had a problem whatsoever with this particular Domino’s. The service is very quick, friendly and haven’t ever messed up our orders. “We are currently on vacation and wanted to eat at an American Dominos.
The pizza was very tasty but expensive, hence the deduction of one star.
In my opinion, ordering the pizza was very complicated (there were quite a few pieces of paper lying next to each other and mixed up for various pizzas and side dishes). The sizes of the pizzas weren't immediately visible either, but when you stand at the ordering counter there is a kind of size indication directly behind you (3 slices that are the size of the pizzas, S, M + L). The "size measurements" of the pizza looked smaller than the actual pizza. I ordered an L and got an absolute monster of a pizza.
The taste is great, but the price at just under $26 for about 34cm diameter is very, very expensive. Therefore 1 star deducted. The shop didn't look very modern from the inside, but it still looked good. Apart from the furnishings, the store was quite small. There was only room for 2 people even though 5 of us wanted to eat on site.
But the people there are very nice.

I love that they repeat your order and make sure they have everything correct.I live across the street and use delivery all the time because usually I’m too brain exhausted to go pick it up! lol the only thing I wished is that whomever is taking the order asks at the end is I’d like to tip before the order is processing because when you get transferred, it’s too late to tip!I appreciate the hardworking delivery people and it isn’t fair to them when I don’t have cash on hand. Is there any way corporate can make that change?Now I have to shake out my couch and old purse to come up with a random tip for my delivery person and I hate that! “This is my second time ordering from this location in the last month and thought that my experience today 11/28 2:45 pm, should be shared. My order was prepared exactly how I ordered it and I’m picky! By far this is the best Domino’s I have ordered from in a while. Other locations south of this one kept me away from Dominos for years!!
