Best Vegan food I e had so far. It’s unbelievable delicious
The best French Fries as a side to great hamburgers and a Mac & Cheese with the tender Chicken is always a winning choice.

Based on the reviews, Doomie's Home Cookin' is an LA vegan favorite for many years. The food is comforting and delicious, with a lot of flavor and a huge selection of different sandwiches, burgers, and homestyle southern vegan plates. The fried chicken is the best, and the ham and cheese croissant is very good. The best vegan Mac n cheese is served here, and the fries with cheese and bacon are very tasty. The spicy fried chicken sandwich and animal style fries used to be a transcendental experience, and the bacon cheeseburger is enjoyable. However, some reviews noted the food can be oversalted and overpriced, and the texture of the fried chicken pieces did not feel as “chicken-like”. The Mac and cheese and mash/gravy were not as flavorful at times, and the fries have gotten soggy or different. Doomie’s employees are always busy but treat customers with kindness and respect. The hosts are very cool, and the restaurant is LGBT+ friendly. Parking requires validation for at least an hour.
