I’m not sure the young man’s name, I believe it started with a J, but he was extremely kind & had a great recommendation when they were out of cold brew. He made the whole experience a 10/10!!We need more people like him in this world :)
This Dunkin's is walkable from our place so we both come in and (when we're lazy or short in time) use Postmate from this location. We have never had a bad drink or food item. The one time we received the wrong drink they made a replacement immediately. They no longer take cash and everyone has to use the computer kiosks to order your food & drinks, which I can assume for some clients may be difficult. I like Dunkin' Donuts and all but this location (and a few others) are apparently understaffed! It seems they have replaced humans with kiosks and don't have anyone to help you at the counter. And guess what, the kiosk doesn't take cash and not everyone has a credit card! There should ALWAYS be someone at the counter to take an order for a real Legit customer walking in who should have PRIORITY over Lazy people ordering stuff from drive through, online pickup or delivery!...read full review
