Five Guys in Los Angeles

“I had to use the restroom really bad as I was walking by and stepped in to ask if I could, the staff member politely gave me the code no questions asked. Even though I didn't buy anything and I thought that was really kind. I've been running into trouble with establishments only giving the code to customers only. Due to the kindness I was treated with I will definetly be back and purchase a meal. I don't eat burgers too often and 5 Guys is a bit pricey for me I will come back just because of this experience. I like that they have tables outside so I can sit and enjoy the view of the street and catch some wind & hot frat boys from USC walk by. I've had 5 guys at other locations so I know how to order. I'm going to get everything on it and enjoy the mini meal that's like $12 which isn't bad. They have good fries if I remember correctly. Thanks for letting me pop a squat in your toilet. I will return as a paying customer soon.“

“I haven’t been to this location in person but frequently order delivery from here - and it is hands down the best five guys location ever. They are consistently amazing. Specifically, whoever was cooking 11/15/2025 at 6pm deserves a big raise because this meal was beyond my wildest dreams (I’m also dead sober). Rock on five guys on wilshire - you deserve awards.“

“this place is the BEST. the manager gave me and my friends free food just because he wanted to be nice. the food was really good. it was clean and the staff was nice again the manager especially. If you ever see Jose give me a high five for being the best.“

“As always, the burgers are delicious and the brand is synonymous with quality, but the truth is that the shopping center where the restaurant is located isn't that nice. The entire fast-food area, including the tables and chairs, was dirty, as were the bathrooms. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere.

I also couldn't buy water or anything other than soda, so I probably wouldn't return to this location.“
