I use tomato-score to determine if a place actually pays attention to their produce/vendors. And these guys do use good tomatoes, ones you can eat without adding anything. You’ll be shocked but majority places (even pricey ones) not always use good tomatoes; like how can you serve caprese salad with middling tomatoes!? But that’s not the only thing is good here. I had a joy trying their BLT with an egg… loved the sauce not sure about the egg, kinda more classic...read full review
