Placed our first order today with my brother we’re a little confused about the delivery but Samantha was amazing when we called in. She assisted us in a great manner and ensured we received our order as requested. Thank you guys will definitely return for more soon!
In L.A. Visiting from Montreal. Trying Insomnia for the first time. Sergio guided, me the newbie, through the menu and options like a pro. We were a party of three. After we were served, 20 people paraded in and Sergio took control and churned out cookies and ice cream sandwiches like a one man band. He surely knows customer service and how to care for clients. Thanks for the amazing late night snack and amazing service.
