About IXLB Dimsum Eats

IXLB Dimsum Eats is a fast-casual dim sum restaurant with a few locations around the city. While it may not be fully authentic Asian cuisine, the menu offers a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, at an affordable price. The dim sum dishes are generous in size and flavor, with the Vegetable Dim Sum being a popular choice. Customers often enjoy the fried shrimp balls with corn and shrimp with scallion dumplings, which are described as yum. The restaurant also offers additional options like chicken and pineapple pastry, and the cucumber salad is popular with families. The wontons and dumplings are highly praised for their taste, and the prices are very reasonable. The small location allows for a cozy atmosphere where guests can hear their party sit around and talk, and the staff welcomes visitors warmly. The food tastes similar to what is found in SGV, so there’s no need to drive far. Service is quick, and drink sizes are large at 32oz. The limited menu makes ordering easy, and the food is well-packaged for takeout or dine-in. The staff is friendly, and the open-view kitchen creates a clean and welcoming environment.
