“This is my go to Jersey Mike’s. It’s located conveniently right off the freeway, and the workers there always put my food together with love. The food is always fresh, nvr just thrown together…a few times I’ve come Dangelo, Jose, Oscar, and Armond have all shown the best customer service, always super cool and my favorite sandwich always comes out to perfection. “I wasn't good at English, so I showed him the translator, and he explained it to me while picking up the menu himself. The staff member was very friendly, showing me the ingredients and asking if it was spicy if it was on the menu. For menu number 56, THE BIG KAHUNA, I highly recommend it! Ordering is easy as you just have to choose the bread and size!!“

“I usually don't leave reviews but I had to leave one after my last visit to Jersey Mike's on Hope in Downtown LA. Quante and David have to be best employees Jersey Mike's has. I was working a 16-hour shift and needed something to eat. I walked into Jersey Mike's at the last minute -- knowing people in the food industry absolutely hate this -- but both of these guys greeted me with unmatched customer service and the food they prepared was absolutely what I needed for this long shift. Not only did I receive great customer service from these two but I also had a great conversation with them as well. These guys definitely need a raise and should be recognized for their contributions to this company. Thank you, Quante and David -- y'all are the real MPVs.“

“Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

“I will be honest the food here is amazing & the team work is phenomenal. The biggest thing wrong here is the customer service lacks tremendously. They definitely stare and keep doing what they are doing with no greeting or they will wait for you to say can I order. They don’t seem to want to be at work or they aren’t a people person. Customer service training should be had because the food is great but it’s nothing with out the grand experience.“

“I really enjoy their FRESH sandwiches. Did I say fresh? I have eaten there several times and the flavors are simply better than other sub shops. Place is clean and neat and the app worked flawlessly for me. I will be eating there more often. There are many options: get ingredients as a salad, get ingredients as a wrap. I also like the pricing of the same pricing for any sandwich.“

“I never leave reviews but I think it's worth mentioning how polite, professional, attentive, and helpful this staff is. Most of the people who work here are super young and I did not have their customer service skills at that age. We usually order online and they always have our order ready when we arrive (even when we're early). They acknowledge every single customer, ask if you need extra napkins etc. The one time I ordered in person, the staff member saw their was one tomato left in the food pan and instead of giving me that nasty old tomato, he got out a new tray--and they were delicious.

Corporate, if you're reading this: I have never noticed a tip section on the online ordering platform. If you have one, please make it more obvious. I swear I've never seen it and never have cash and these people deserve a tip. Also, we are regular *vegan* customers. Please consider partnering with a vegan meat company like Tofurkey and cheese like Chao or Follow Your Heart.
