“Hey you guys so this location has plenty of parking it's really small like most locations but they get the job done. I always get the club supreme and it's so delicious.

“I happened to try out my local Jersey Mike’s in Koreatown today for the first time, and I honestly wasn’t expecting the incredible experience I received.
The three gentlemen working—Leon, Pat, and Matthew—were extremely well-mannered, respectful, and delivered beyond exceptional customer service. Even though the store was busy, they managed the flow smoothly and made sure every single customer felt welcomed and taken care of.
They greeted everyone with genuine friendliness, offered helpful suggestions when ordering, and brought an energy that made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to see this level of care at a fast-casual chain in 2025.
They made my sandwich perfectly and even told me about the rewards membership, which I immediately signed up for. It’s also refreshing to see men of color in customer-facing roles who clearly take pride in what they do.
Thanks to these three gentlemen, I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the amazing“
“The sandwiches are GREAT(like the tiger)delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavor combinations. The bread is always soft and toasted, and the fillings are nice. The staff is friendly and fast on their feet, making each visit an awesome experience. I love how customizable the sandwiches are, and there are plenty of options on the menu. “I'm really impressed with the staff at this location -- even more considering it's in the wasteland of LAX airport hotels. I've been here a few times and the staff has it together, keeps the line moving considering most of their menu is not a quick make, and is courteous. From the outside, they actually appear to be properly staffed so no one seems to be running around just trying to keep the place from crashing. Pleasant surprise.“
“Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

“I really enjoy their FRESH sandwiches. Did I say fresh? I have eaten there several times and the flavors are simply better than other sub shops. Place is clean and neat and the app worked flawlessly for me. I will be eating there more often. There are many options: get ingredients as a salad, get ingredients as a wrap. I also like the pricing of the same pricing for any sandwich.“

“I'd love ❤️ to share my amazing customer service experience here at this store. Valentino and Martin were fixing and serving my food. Valentino is one of those good guys. He's one of a kind and a joy to talk to.. He made sure my order was perfect. Martin's communication and smile alone will keep you coming back. He's a really nice guy. I was very surprised with these guys' attitudes because it was beyond positive. You could tell they enjoy the customers and their jobs. Also, kudos to Ashley for her positive attitude and making sure things within her job position are in order. SEE YALL AGAIN SOON!“
“Jersey Mike’s has become my go-to spot for subs, and their Rewards Program is a delightful bonus. Earning 12 points for every GIANT sub purchase means that after 12 visits, I’m rewarded with a free GIANT sub.
Their “Mike’s Way” preparation—piling on onions, lettuce, tomatoes, a blend of red wine vinegar and olive oil (fondly called “The Juice”), oregano, and salt—creates a flavor explosion that’s hard to beat. Adding their Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (nicknamed “CPR”) introduces a spicy kick that elevates the sub to a whole new level. 
For those who can’t get enough of the relish, Jersey Mike’s offers it in 16oz jars, allowing fans to enjoy that signature taste at home.
In summary, Jersey Mike’s combines a rewarding loyalty program with mouth-watering subs. Their “Mike’s Way” preparation, especially with a touch of CPR, keeps me coming back for more.“

“Horrible service! I had to wait to order. Then after my sandwich was ready to be dressed the clerk made two more sandwiches. I was the only one in the store. Then the clerk starts dressing all the sandwiches after I was waiting over five minutes. WhenI asked if he could finish my sandwich he said no he had to the ones for people who weren't there. I guess the don't want people come in and order sandwiches anymore. There were at least three people working but only one up front. I had to leave and missed lunch because I wasted my time trying to get Jersey Mikes. I guess I won't be coming back because this has happened the last few times I came in extremely slow service.
Would have been quicker to go to Norms and dine in.“
“It's Jersey Mike's. While this is another restaurant chain that serves your typical sub sandwhich the reason I am giving this place five stars is because everyone that works at this specific location is nice, friendly, and provide fantastic service. That is something that is seriously rare in the chain restaurant industry. Every visit I made to this place I was always greeted when I entered the door. Even when it sometimes gets busy I get nice and friendly service. They're all quite efficient too when preparing your order and checking you out at the register.“
“I usually don't leave reviews but I had to leave one after my last visit to Jersey Mike's on Hope in Downtown LA. Quante and David have to be best employees Jersey Mike's has. I was working a 16-hour shift and needed something to eat. I walked into Jersey Mike's at the last minute -- knowing people in the food industry absolutely hate this -- but both of these guys greeted me with unmatched customer service and the food they prepared was absolutely what I needed for this long shift. Not only did I receive great customer service from these two but I also had a great conversation with them as well. These guys definitely need a raise and should be recognized for their contributions to this company. Thank you, Quante and David -- y'all are the real MPVs.“

“Jersey Mike's just went up on their Prices a couple of months ago. They say they have New Owners. The Sandwiches are the best fast food chain to me on the West Coast, but they cut their slices of cheese to thin. Sometimes, I can't taste the cheese. Also, if your sandwiches don't look like the correct portions, you can ask them to weigh your Sandwiche for the correct position.“
“Aiden from the LAX airport made quite the impression as he was friendly and helpful, there was 8 workers behind the counter on their phones except aiden he took over 3 different orders and completed all of them solo while everyone else didn't .

“This is my go to Jersey Mike’s. It’s located conveniently right off the freeway, and the workers there always put my food together with love. The food is always fresh, nvr just thrown together…a few times I’ve come Dangelo, Jose, Oscar, and Armond have all shown the best customer service, always super cool and my favorite sandwich always comes out to perfection.
