El Molcajete Restaurant offers authentic Salvadorian food, with the Revuelta Pupusa being one of the best around. Freshly squeezed pineapple juice and natural flavor drinks like jamaica are great. The rice flour pupusas are seriously the best, with a cheese pull not found elsewhere. Pupusas are big, good size, and delicious with a decent price. However, some reviews note inconsistent quality: the yuca was over fried and dry, and cheese pupusas were doughy and not fully cooked. Service is great, but orders can take forever, with a half-hour wait for two bean/cheese pupusas. The place is clean, a nice upgrade, but some find it pricey at $5 per pupusa. Food quality has improved tremendously for others, with pupusas on point.
