Just to preface, I was unfamiliar with bread from Oaxaca. And the woman at the register was more than kind enough to answer my questions about her bread. I think it tastes great, and definitely looks and feels as authentic as I think it does. The price isn't the lowest I've encountered in other bakeries, but given their location, current political situation, and (potentially) their baking style, it might be an accurate price. The original flavor of Oaxaca bread there is no other like Santo Domingo bakery
