Here's to Papa John's. They had a good run. This location is now permanently closed. I'll never forget the first time I had the garlic dipping sauce at Papa John's. I tried it for the very first time at this location. That was back in the good old days. The early 2000's. It took a bit of a slide in recent years. Bitter memories of the cashier charging me $16 for a $5 pizza because "your payment did not show on the register" (?????!!???) may cloud over the sweet succor of cheesy...read full review

For the most part I love papa. However on more than one occasion I have received my pizza a bit cold. I have stated this fact several times. However it still happens from time to time.

Carlos, the assistant manager was excellent and provided great customer service! Made sure our order was delivered on time for our family holiday party as promised. He was very polite when I had to call back to modify my order and the delivery guy (sorry didn't catch his name) was very accommodating as well.
