Don't let the fact that they're located inside a market fool you! This place serves up some of the tastiest Philippino food in L.A.!
I've been eating Philippino food from Phil House (Inside Pacific Islands Market, West Covina) since I first discovered them in 2015. I've moved to the westside since but was ecstatic to see that they opened a location in East Hollywood recently and had to try it out. It. Did. Not. Disappoint.!

It's hit-or-miss at PhilHouse. I usually like to order the Pork Adobo on food delivery app with the Pancit. Today when I put the Adobo on the plate, tons of oil...gross. Never experienced this all the other times I ordered this dish. Oh well, it's been Real, PhilHouse.
Good examples of Pinoy food. The Lolas, grandmothers, speaking limited English but it adds to the authenticity and charm of the experience. Reasonable prices and generous portions.
