Delicious pho - the pho dac biet is perfect. Really clean tasting broth, bright and refreshing. Healthy serving of sides for the pho. Great viet iced coffee. All of the meats in the combination pho are good quality, including the tendon and tripe.All in all it's everything a pho joint should be - fast service, great food, good prices.
Pho Saigon Republic is a true gem. The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional charm, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. As for the food, it was a taste sensation! The pho broth was rich and flavorful, and the grilled pork vermicelli bowl was a symphony of savory and sweet. I can't recommend this place enough!

All delicious and friendly but they could improve a little in the presentation. Especially the one in the bathroom. It was clean but full of many things and that makes the experience different
