“I always take my granddaughter here for a snack after church. She always orders the classic chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. I am a fan of thier new wings if they are not over cooked. They need a canopy of some kind over the drive through order window. When it rains you get soaked trying to place your order.“
“This was my first time trying Popeyes and honestly I wasn’t too sure what to get. I asked the cashier Krishna and she was absolutely lovely! I felt a bit embarrassed because I wasn’t familiar with the food at all but her friendly attitude and willingness to help really made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. I am having this problem with my codes they keep on saying invalid code. I feel it's not right if I am paying and you are giving me invalid codes that's ripping me off. “My go to place after a hard day working at Dodger's stadium. Store has character so to speak. The staff were friendly despite me getting there right before closing most days. The food was divine! I'm very picky about my fried chicken and this place nailed it.“
“Parking: Not many, it is shared with other businesses ,
I wanted to ask about the last time that I was at the store on Figueroa Street and Manchester. I ordered two sandwiches from the drive thru and a two piece, and I only got one sandwich and the two piece meal . I went back and the cashier would not give me my other sandwich. I showed her my receipt where I paid for it, she still wouldn't be reasonable, in stead, she got loud and disrespectful, that I turned and drove away.
I don't think that would be a good idea to get all loud and out of control with a line of people in the line behind me .
In the future, would you please let your people know that people should be treated with respect and kindness.
Now I've got that out of the way, I will start visiting the store again .

“The staff are always working wayyyyy too hard. I feel bad for them. They are absolutely great workers but almost all the time understaffed. These fast food chains corporations need to be less stingy. Don't overwork your good staff to a point that they will hate their jobs. I always see them working without missing a beat but a lot of customers just aren't understanding and give them attitude or be rude to them. Because they can't be patient. It's not the workers fault when the store isn't staffed for a proper busy location . Don't lose your employees. I always tip them too. And always fresh chicken . “They have do a little bit more in keeping up with the grounds. The place looks a little unkempt on the outside. Also, the inside also appears to be suffering from some deferred maintenance.
Staff was a bit slow to respond and appeared bothered by customer requests.
I understand when staff is alone in the back goofing around having fun, completely acceptable. But when customers around, you need to put on your game face.
Some coaching for staff is probably in order as well.“

“The workers are not in the game! Talking and asking about items available, beside what is on the sign behind them is like talking to a door. Pieces of chicken are much smaller and the prices have gone way, way up. Ridiculous. A and in 1 chicken breast is now $4.50, a whole roasted chicken at Costco is $5.00 and its a lot bigger chicken.“
