“I have been coming to this location since I moved to Lincoln heights ! I love Micheladas most of all the ballenas it come with cucumber slices , tamarind candy on a stick, and shrimps. Also the lady behind the bar and the severs were all great staff and kind“

“First let me say I gave the food 5 stars but actually I didn't try it so I just kept everything five stars. I was in town for a funeral and I needed somewhere to go and have a drink shoot a game of pool and relax. I stopped by this place and everyone was very friendly including the bartender Michelle and they made me feel like I was a regular. When some of the guests found out that I was in town for a funeral some of them offered drinks to me and my family for our loss. This is a friendly place and I felt at home and I would definitely come back here and recommend that you try it as well.“

“I hadn't been to this location in about 10 years. Back then it was a total dive bar with "fichera" girls. This time I experienced a fairly nice bar while I watched both the Canelo vs. GGG Trilogy boxing match and the Dodgers vs. Giants baseball game simultaneously. The waitresses and bartenders were very nice. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for watching future sports events. Otherwise, parking for this location isn't easy to come by and it's not a pick up joint. The clientele was pretty much exclusively middle aged Mexican men.“

“Came here early evening on a Friday to get some grub before a concert across at the Palladium. Plenty of space for seating, pretty empty at the time we were here though.

The honey butter chicken sandwich is very satisfying (even though it’s not the best looking sandwich out there lol) and has perfect crispy texture - I highly recommend!

“Today for lunch one of my 2 coworkers took us here, he knows the spot and so some guys. I was super surprised when I got in, I was really thinking he is going to take us to have a beer, the place is basically a bar, but what I didn't really know was that they have food . My coworkers actually order food for us, I didn't even know when he ordered or what he ordered because I didn't see any menu. The surprise came pretty fast, which was a very nice plate with rice, meat and some vegetables, honestly food was super good , I would definitely go back again and highly recommend this place. The best part is the service, the girl (Vivi) whom was taking care of us is super nice, friendly and knows how to treat people , I noticed that she treats everyone the same way.“

“It was a great place - didn’t get a drink (their happy hour specials were GREAT) - but ordered the salsa and queso dip for apps - the salsa was delicious and had a kick to it. I got the Barrio burrito (was vegetarian) and it was a HUGE portion. It was cut in half and I only ate one half of it. The staff were very attentive and checked on our table often. Overall- great food and service!“
