I don't go often but it is a convenient location for me at least since it is across street from the Red and Purple Vermont/Wilshire Metro Train Station. I have always ordered via their mobile app and haven't had an issue with the store and the staff.My orders have always been on-time and correct. Now, there were some months when they seem to be out of everything but that I believe had to do with global shortage of supplies, so it would be obtuse of me to deduct stars for that.
Friendly & effective service. Learned the hard way getting coffee travelers for our meeting. Must order in advance 15 mins ahead for each box. Thank goodness they supplied cups, creme, sugars & stirrers!

Great Wonderful Starbucks. Staff here is amazing, so polite, professional and helpful. Especially Randy, just a incredibly friendly helpful employee that you can tell genuinely cares about his job and the people. Very rare. Thank you.
