StopBye Cafe's food truck offers Indonesian fusion cuisine with a modern twist, featuring dishes like the Borneo Pulled Beef Sandwich and The Kemangi Shrimp Garlic Noodles. Customers have praised the friendly and efficient service, noting that the staff is "amazing" and "courteous." The food truck's designs and paintwork are also eye-catching. Reviews mention that some dishes may not fully meet expectations in flavor, but others are celebrated for their incredible taste and spice. Portion sizes are generous, and prices are affordable, making it a good choice for those wanting to try something new and exciting. Recent reviews highlight the vegan mee goreng, which is flavorful, with fresh veggies and tofu, though some find it a little oily and wish for bigger portions. The staff are appreciated for their patience and kindness, and the vegan options are clearly labeled, offering more choices for everyone. Overall, StopBye Cafe continues to be a popular and reliable spot for Indonesian fusion food.
