Ok for being such a trendy spot the food was actually pretty good here and I don't even love love sushi! Really friendly staff, relatively quick service, good sake, Sapporo reserve. Smaller establishment itself inside, but manageable, would definitely come back when in the LA area.
Fresh fish, warm and perfectly cooked rice, and best service! Hot green tea rounded out the Trust Me Nozawa menu!Dietary restrictions: No gluten free soy sauce/tamari but accommodation for gf was great
