I found Temaki Society after the iHeart R&B concert because it happened to be nearby, and the concept looked different enough that we decided to stop in. It's located inside The Grayson, so at first it feels like you're walking into a bar, but the temaki counter is right in the front.

Went here for lunch, had the 4 roll combo. It's a small place. Not many tables, but we ordered quickly amd found a table. Fish seemed fresh, and they have special wrappers on the rolls to keep the nori crisp until you eat it. Nice, quick amd casual. For those concerned about such things, It's just down the block from the Market, and the area in general is a little run down, probably worse at night.
Had an amazing experience at Temaki Society! The hand rolls were incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality of the seafood. The uni was rich and buttery, the toro with uni and caviar was absolutely decadent, and the spicy tuna and salmon rolls were packed with flavor.
