This place is my new favorite place to get a Smashburger from( give it a full 10/10.

The guy manning the business in the mourning was personable and had great customer service skills. The burger had a lot of flavor great ratios of meat, cheese, onions, and bread wasn’t too bready. The fries are solid lightly seasoned. I personally like a little more but you can always add more but can’t take it off so I get it. I’m going to come back and try the chicken, can’t wait. “Decided to stop by here on the way to LA after a delicious ice cream treat. We ordered quesadillas and their tacos. The food was spot on and this is after us having some ice cream. The food is prepared outside on the parking lot in front of the store. I love their green sauce and they’re very generous with their cilantro and onions. The service was amazing as the young lady made great recommendations and she was very nice. The ambience is nice because you have a choice of sitting outside on a nice day or if it’s cold you have the choice to sit inside the marketplace.“

“Authentic halal curries and fusion Indian topping pizzas. Small place big flavors.
Pizza crust is perfect chewy and good amount of chicken tikka on the pizza.
Also tried the Alu samosa, chicken curry, lamb biryani and garlic naan. Everyone in the group loved it. To be honest, I think this is the best Indian food spot in Torrance or Redondo Beach area. The manager is Nitin from India’s tandoori in Manhattan Beach and now he moved into this Curry and Pizza restaurant. He does excellent customer service and he is very friendly and professional. We know him for years and so happy he moved here.

“I was there in California from another state. We ordered jalapeños beef burgers, halwa puri platters, beef seekh kabobs with rice platter, masala fries, mango lassi and sweet lassi. Each and every single food item was fresh and hot, seekh kabobs were so juicy and perfect flavor, cholay were soft and with some light gravy to eat with puri. Aalo were soft yet some small size chunks in plate with light gravy, and halwa that you just don’t want to stop eating. My kids are very picky eaters but they loved each and every single thing we ordered from this restaurant. Beef burger was so yummy that my daughter kept ordering the next time we went there again. We ended up going 3 times in our 1 week trip. We tried their fried chicken the third day, oh my gosh it’s just one of the best fried chicken ever. We were so glad that we were able to find a halal restaurant with all the choices at one place for our kids and adults. Last but not the least, their prices were very reasonable and the staff was very nice and friendly.“

For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I got the chicken tenders with mac. The mac and cheese was so good, super cheesy. The tenders were super crunchy and seasoned well. My friend really liked the chipotle ranch. “I ordered the slider, tender, french fry combo and loved it. The slider was very hot. I’m thinking that it had an extra spicy sauce on it. It made my nose, run a little and feel compelled to eat a bunch of french fries to reduce the spiciness in my mouth. But, I loved it! The tender was not as spicy and slightly dry, so I put some of the honey that the nice gentleman at the counter gave me when I picked it up. I originally ordered the food and intended on bringing it home, but changed my mind and Ate it in the restaurant because I Didn’t want it to get cold.
I loved the food and wish there was a Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant closer to my home. The food reminded me of a Famous hot chicken restaurant in Nashville. I was so glad to have that food again. 😊😋 Btw, I gave The atmosphere four stars Because it was cold in there. But that’s how fast food restaurants do it. I did love the music selection. I heard ABC (which I couldn’t get enough of in the 80s!) and Blondie and a couple of current songs. That made it seem more homey and unique to me. Overall, it was a great experience. The people at the counter were very friendly. I wanted to wash my hands afterwards and saw that there was a keypad on the restroom, but I figured it out on the first try, which was nice. 😂“

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. We know that often times when you see something on IG and go experience a place in person it may not be as expected. That was NOT the case with Big Al's Pizzeria. WOW!! Can't even tell you how much they exceeded our expectations when it came to the flavors and textures that they deliver. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! A) Being my first time, I gave the Special Dishes display a thorough perusing.

Knowing I wanted a beef or mutton entree, after much thought & deliberation, I went all in on Pak Halal's Beef Nihari.

Q) Rodney, how was the Beef Nihari?
A) Spiced tender beef, swimming in flavorful broth. I enjoyed the Beef Nihari. I prefer a solid amount of fat to meat, and the Beef Nihari had just what I was looking for. Ample portions, with enough to fill up on. Speaking of filling up, the ginormous Garlic Naan provided a lot of garlicky carbs, made all the more better when soaking up with the Beef Nihari broth

Q) How was the service, and what are the seating arrangements?
A) Rodney, the service was good. The wait wasn't unreasonable. Being a small deli, there is a table or two inside & outside. Pak Halal is more an order ahead, grab n' go eatery. The railing outside Pak Halal acts as a standing communal table, in which I used to dine on my meal.

A) Absolutely, Rodney! The food was great at Pak Halal, and when I'm in a hurry and not looking for a sit-down restaurant experience, I know I can head over to Pak Halal and order something to go, or enjoy a quick meal on the railing, before life's troubles beckon me, elsewhere“

“Khansaab (previously Shor) in Hawaiin garden is an absolute gem. The food was incredible, and the ambiance and hospitality were even better, truly a Michelin star-worthy experience.

We ordered mango lassi, chicken psao, malai tikka, and Peshawari chicken with garlic naan (the highlight of the night with mouthwatering flavors), and finished with knafah- everything was outstanding and full of authentic Pakistani flavor.
