My first 3 visits to Arsenio's I've always just ordered a burrito to go & would leave. Burritos..... always outstanding! But last week I had to deliver to Fresno 2 days in a row. So the first day I finally stopped in for lunch & ate in. I got their Chilli Verde Enchiladas plate....OMG..That was beyond delicious!!!! The second day I stopped in again & got the steak tostada plate ..... Lord help me!!! It was sooooo amazing! They will see me every single time from here going forward when I deliver to Fresno! “I would give it a 5 because the food is super delicious, freshly made and is authentic Oaxacan food. I had mole and it almost tasted like my mom's but not quite lol, I also had a memelita de tazajo oh my goodness it was the best to say the least. The reason I gave it a 4 because the waitress forgot to bring my toddler her food and never went to check if we needed anything else but it was ok I shared my delicious rice n beans with her. “Let me tell you, if you’re looking for local, quick, perfect Mexican food, you should absolutely try this place. The staff are super nice, and are always super understanding when I adapt things on the menu a bit. On its worst day the food is still better than most of the Mexican food I’ve had, on a great day it’s literally unmatched. The tacos, burritos, alambre, nachos, machete, torta, literally everything is amazing.All of their salsas slap (guacamole, habanero, red and green.)
When I say it’s insanely good I’m not kidding, multiple of my friends from out of town ALWAYS want to hit this place up when they visit, it’s literally so damn good.

Pro tip: get the Al Pastor tacos on the homemade tortillas with everything (make sure to ask for pineapple and guacamole too)

“We came from Huntington Lake to go back to the Bay Area and I was delightfully surprised that I truly had the best burrito of my life. Not only did they take the time to build the super burrito and grilled the burrito on the flattop, but they had THE BEST selection of 4 salsas I have ever had to pour onto the burrito. There was a dark red that was spicy and smoky, a medium bodied orange salsa that was a bit sweeter, a classic tomatillo, and then some green salsa that was spicy but cooled and thicker. The combination was nuanced and addicting. You need to check this place out and see what the hype is about, it exceeded my expectations by a lot!!“

Would recommend maybe expanding the menu. Their salsa verde is a must try, wish they would give out without having to ask for it.“

If you're looking for Mexican fast food, then this is the place to visit!

While driving around in search of a quick bite to eat, we were craving Mexican food, and decided to give this place a go!

El Tibu Taqueria is a family owned, self-serve restaurant. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill.

Service: The lady working at the cashier spoke both Spanish and English, which was nice since we can only speak English. Ordering food and drinks was very easy and fast.

In terms of the food, it was pretty good! If you order tacos, you can either get them cooked inside or outside. If you get them cooked outside, you pick them up at a little cute taco stand in front of the restaurant entrance. Overall, the food was DELICIOUS and filling, and the Hibiscus and Rice drinks were extremely flavorful!“
