Starbucks in Madera

“Came here on Wednesday August 21 at around 4:02 AM and the workers had music outside and it just felt comfortable being able to sit outside listening to music before they opened their doors at 4:30 AM. I went inside and asked to use the restroom and asked for water and the workers were nice ?“

“Wow! I'm so impressed with this starbucks! It has a great curb side appeal! It has free Wi-Fi and a places to sit and enjoy your meal or drink and has a great selection of cups and merchandise and everyone was so sweet and friendly 😊 5 out of 5 stars!“

“I just want to say thank you so much to the staff at this Starbucks location. I had received word yesterday morning that my aunt who lives there in town passed away and knowing that the family would all be getting together I wanted to see if I could have coffee provided for their gathering. I come from a large family I knew there would have to be a good amount of coffee so I called this location due to it being closest to my family’s home. I had the pleasure of talking to Mel and asked about the different options that were available to have the coffee catered. She was very knowledgeable of their products, and what would best meet the need. I had called about noon PST being that I live on the East Coast and had asked that it be ready by 3/4pm for pick up to which she stated they usually have to have 24 hour notice but when I had shared that it was going to be for a family gathering after the passing of my aunt they made it their priority to make sure they had it ready to go when a family member was able to pick it up. Upon arrival of my family member, they helped her load it into the vehicle and made sure that she was taken care of. In this day and age it’s so hard to find people who care enough to help in a strangers time of need but the amazing staff at this location definitely made a difference in being so attentive to my family. It may be just coffee to anybody else, but to me, growing up in a household where memories were cherished and shared over coffee and desserts, and being able to reminisce about good memories means the world to me and my family. Again thank you so much.“

“This is the best starbucks in madera. I come here 2 to 4 times a week as i work here. The staff is always friendly when my drink is not up to par which is rare, they always fix it. A shout out to cindy and todays staff. Thanks for your friendliness and keep up the good work.“

“SHOUTOUT Shelby and Jackie. For sure 5 stars. I just moved about 5 mins away and I never go to starbucks. They hooked it up and upgraded my drink size without me even asking. They really treated my lil girl to a surprise cake pop too.

I'll be going back to this starbucks now.
