“This is hands down the BEST Mexican food truck on the ridge. The other day they weren’t open yet and I got burritos somewhere else and I regretted it. I’m only coming to this one from here on out. The have the best flavor in town and are truly authentic… I drive up all the way from down in paradise! It’s cash only but I don’t mind… it’s worth the trip every time !“

#2 with a Carnitas Enchilada
A side crispy ground beef taco, and
Carne Asada Fries

The fries could have had more guacamole and sour cream for the amount of fries you get. The beans and rice were very good! The atmosphere was very comfortable.

“The food is always very good. Tons of flavor, generous portions, and ready really quick. Beyond that, the prices are great, location is convenient, and the staff is always friendly. There are several food trucks serving Mexican fare around town, but I'm happy to make this one a regular stop.“

“Fresh made tacos. Super goood!! Know that they only take cash. Havent eat all day from work and the food is very fulfilling and melts in my mouth. I order the 3 tacos with the sauce (Idk what the name is)but yum and i also order quesadillas. Recommend. Maybe a bit pricey but it was good. Spend about $40 with drinks.“
