“I'm so happy I had the opportunity to checkout Ubatuba Açaí in the Beverly Grove area, it reminded me of being in Brazil my favorite country to Visit. The staff Gilbert and Elany (not sure if I spelled her name right) were very helpful. And Elany the manager and most of the staff is from Brazil making it feel more authentic when you eat the food. They both helped me decide which empanada and açaí bowl to order as well as the toppings. I ordered the Beyond Philly Empanada and added the chimichurri and hot sauce which made it even more delicious. I also had an açaí bowl with granola, almonds, chia seeds, strawberries, bananas, and almond butter. It was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was on Ipanema Beach watching the waves. Both items were very filling too, and I can't wait to come back again with my friends. There's metered parking and also seating outside perfect for a sunny day in LA.

They were very friendly and helpful and told me to simply call the Sunset location and cancel it. The Sunset location also cancel it quickly and easily and with kindness. I do wish I was greeted when I entered the store; instead the lady mopping just looked at me, but spoke to the family that walked in immediately after me & I would hate to pull the race card. “Swung by Oakberry hoping to relive the magic, but the açaí just doesn’t slap like it used to. The texture and flavor felt a little off — not as rich or bold as I remember. Still fresh, just not hitting the same.

“Cute enough and with some stars on the menu that overcome other middling options. The interior is gorgeous with huge windows and little named cactuses all over. Great spot for a hang or a date. The coffee is perfectly serviceable but not outstanding. The ginger chai was unique enough that I come back for it often. It is GINGER, like I am a south asian man and that is GINGER. Definitely worth coming out for if you like ginger.“

“The smoothie that I always love to drink is a Magic Bullet, full of organic nutrition and spirulina, a vegetable protein easy to digest... Spirulina has very thin cell walls making it a protein easiest of all proteins for the body to metabolize, very accessible for the human digestive system. I'm so addicted to this goodness, that I buy it at least 3 times a week, a treat to my tastebuds and my health! Yummy like a liquid candy bar :)“

“The only acai place I've found that you can get passion fruit with the seeds . 10 stars. Worth every penny and so good and refreshing. A Bowl is way better value than the smoothie because everything is left in tact and not all blended together. Unlimited toppings. Great variety of healthy ,high quality ( not junky candy toppings like gummy bears chocolate chips fake mochi) . I love this chain and not sure why it does not get more love!!“

“A bit off the beaten path, but delicious acai bowls are available here. I had the chocolate dream (which comes with chocolate chips!) while my friend had the makai bowl. You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.“

“Costco food court is Coscto food court. You have to have a membership card to purchase food. Pizza (slice or whole / pepperoni/cheese), hotdogs, chicken bakes, salads, smoothies, soft serve ice cream.

They usually make whole pizzas fresh. Therefore, you might waite approximately 20 minutes for your order.“

“Great selection of high quality plant-based smoothies (no need for all those vegan customizations you have to make at Jamba and other places). Prices are high but worth it for the quality of smoothies. Not so much for the other items ($32 almond butter jar, protein cookies, etc). A few tasty salad and wrap options in the cold case which is nice. Falafel wrap with collard greens as the wrap, quinoa chili mushroom salad and more. Downside is that almost everything on the smoothie menu has some form of coconut (water, milk, etc) and that can interfere with one of the biggest benefits of being vegan; avoiding saturated fat. The green Vitality smoothie does not have coconut and is loaded with some nutritionally beneficial ingredients like turmeric which you don’t find at the big chain smoothie shops.“
