We were lost on the other side of Yosemite, and needed gas and to feed the family. The gas station guy recommended Steve's place next door. He guaranteed we would like anything on the menu there. He was absolutely correct. The food was excellent, the quality was good, and they were nice enough to serve us with less that 30 minutes left to close. Stopped here before heading into Yosemite park. It’s styled like a typical local breakfast place. Tucked away next to the gas station and for some reason GPS took us down by the park around the corner.Once we got inside, no one was there! It was nice to have the place to ourselves and not have to wait. It was around 10:30am so I assume we beat the rush. I got the stuffed pb&j French toast that was fried. Always friendly servers eager to please and high quality diner-style food. Everything I've ordered has been freshly cooked. Portion sizes are average. Decor is very local and endearing. Slightly pricey for the quality.Parking: Unlimited parking
