“I have gone to the champas because I have to pick up the pupusas that my wife orders to take away. They make some plantains that wrap beans and they are tasty and the pupusas too, except that I suffer from acids and vinegar because it makes my stomach upset, since I had an appendix operation, but if you have a good and healthy stomach I recommend them but not excessively so that it doesn't hurt your stomach too.“

“An exceptional place. We had breakfast, a typical salvi breakfast plate,huevos rancheros, freshly made tortillas, cafe de holla, and Jamaica, all perfectly well made. Their service was when beyond asked for fries 🍟 for us son, even though it was not in the menu they made us fries.

“This restaurant is like a pearl in a clam in HP neighborhood. They serve delicious Salvadoran food. The restaurant can sit about five tables. It's clean and well lighted. There are two colorful wall paintings depicting life of Salvadorans. The cashier has a cheerful voice which enlightens your day. She's very friendly and knowledgeable.“

We stopped by Mi Pueblo Salvadorian Restaurant and it instantly became one of my new favorite spots. The pupusas were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, cheesy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you can tell they take real pride in their food.

Our waitress, Rosie, was wonderful and friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and try everything on the menu.

If you’re looking for authentic Salvadorian food and great service, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back for more pupusas soon!“

“I love this little but great restaurant, pupusas and seafood are delicious in general al dishes they serve are rich in flavors, I saw many people complained about the old lady the owner,That depends on how the customers treat each other or how they spoke to her. Both she and the people who work with her are very kind and helpful. I have known that restaurant forever and I still like the food like the first time I went to eat there.“

“Food is delicious. Pupusa portions are large, makes you feel like you get a lot of bang for your buck. I tried the caldo de pollo, the mustard flavor is perfect especially when you are under the weather or those cold nights. I have been a patron of this small business since they opened. The pupusas are big, yet full of flavor and made fresh. This also means the wait times might be longer so if you do have larger orders, I recomend calling in ahead. They also have other food dishes such as soups,tacos and even tamals. This is a must try place for fans of food in general and especially salvadorean food. The prices are also very reasonable for the amount of high quality food you get.“
