It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. “They do a great pizza. Beautiful flavor on the toppings. The crust is verrry intensely crackly and chewy. Delicious and enjoyable texture, but got kind of cumbersome to chew at the end. Better than Pizzasaurus Rex. I still prefer the crust at Federalist BUT as for overall pizza, I would hazard to say that Majka comes out on top.

Service was friendly and the guy working the front was happy to offer recommendations for sauce, wine, and other drinks, and his favorite toppings and rotating variants.

The inside is kind of small. It’s unpretentious and clean. Water is self-serve and you bus your own plates. Wasn’t too busy on a weekday afternoon and they have outdoor seating as well.“

“Today was my first time going to this place, there was two orders ahead of my order. Each order is made fresh when the customer comes in, not like other sandwich shop where they make the sandwich as soon as it’s called in. There’s a big difference of a sandwich made fresh and a sandwich that sits for awhile. The employee has a great attitude, the owner came in and he was polite and easy to talk to.
