“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“My family and I wanted to try something new and decided to stop in for lunch. Service was quick and friendly. Our sandwiches, soups, and mac and cheese were all very tasty. We tried the clam chowder and the chicken poblano soups and loved them. Their fresh baked sourdough is also delicious. We will definitely be going back to try more of the menu.“

Additionally, almost all of the primary components, including the rich cream cheese, perfectly ripe avocado, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes, were incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor.

However, the sandwich hit one major speed bump with the bacon. While the bacon at this establishment is usually good and cooked to perfection, today’s batch fell completely short of expectations. Instead of being crispy and savory, it had a bizarre, plastic-like texture that made it feel like a UFO (Unidentified Food Object). It was a disappointing contrast to the high quality of the surrounding ingredients. Thankfully, because the rest of the sandwich was so fresh and tasty, it managed to overcome the subpar bacon. Despite the minor mishap, the restaurant's commitment to quality shines through, making it a spot well worth visiting.“

Back in December, my family was dining there when the owner came over and shared his story behind Riley’s, a tribute to a beloved Labrador who changed his life. He took the time to truly connect with us, and we left thinking, “Wow, this guy is different. He cares.” Fast forward seven months, and I reached out to him with a heartbreaking story about our extended family’s red fox lab, Wrigley, who we lost suddenly and tragically. I hoped he could do something small to honor Wrigley, but his response overwhelmed us. He listened deeply, reacted with empathy, and went above and beyond to honor this pup in a way that brought us comfort and healing. Riley’s on Sutter has now become a special place for our family to gather and remember Wrigley. Beyond the incredible kindness of the owner, the food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We’ve interacted with several staff members, all of whom were exceptionally nice—and yes, they all seem to be dog lovers! I even joked with one employee that it must be a job requirement. “New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

“I can't believe this place has been opened for a year and I am just now trying it. In 3 days, my wife and I have had the BLT, Chipotle Turkey Club, Gyro wrap, and Falafel wrap. “We live in Auburn and decided to try the Greenhouse Penryn restaurant this morning. I was really impressed with the changes that they have made to turn this into a really nice restaurant and event center. They serve a brunch every day, I had the California Eggs Benedict which came with a lovely salad and fried potatoes and my friend had the Blueberry French Toast with lemon curd. Everything was really delicious, fresh tasting, with a beautiful presentation. Friendly staff in good service. They also feature Eastern European dishes which look wonderful. I highly recommend and we will be back! I'll post photos.“

When we moved from Seattle a little over a year ago, we had no idea of the restaurants in the area. We found Catrina's while driving by and stopped in. Since that first time Martha always greets with a welcoming smile. We love the festive atmosphere and great chicken mole! Just thinking about the food my husband and I are going there today to have lunch.“

Unfortunately, the sushi and rolls were pretty average and not as flavorful as I expected. They weren’t terrible, but they definitely didn’t stand out and left me a bit disappointed. Maybe other items on the menu are better, but based on the sushi alone, I probably wouldn’t come back.“

“Great first experience! I was traveling back through Folsom and saw that this place had plant-based meats. I tried both the Impossible steak and plant-based turkey, on separate mini sandwiches, to be clear. To make it vegan, I omitted the mayo and cheese. Both were still so delicious, as were the fries! The service was great as well. The gentleman that helped take our order was super pleasant, answered all our questions and was so patient with us. I really hope a shop opens up closer to me, otherwise I will be stopping back through the next time I'm in the area.“

At 4:00 pm the other day, they did not open and then we saw through the windows all the tables and chairs had been removed. Since there was no signage outside to indicate they were closed, I searched the internet and found an article from mid December, 2025 that they were closing permanently on 12/31/2025.“

“I had never been to Blaze before, but my experience was honestly great! Annabel, the employee working the register, was super friendly, funny, and welcoming. She was joking around, had a great attitude, and genuinely seemed like she was enjoying her job, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun for my wife and me.

She was also very patient and helpful when it came to accommodating my wife’s gluten allergy. She took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and offered a glove change before I even had to ask which made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You could tell she really cared about giving us a good experience, and we truly appreciated that. We will definitely be back !“

“We tried this place for the first time this week. My wife got a salad with chicken and I got an enchiladas plate. The food was better than expected, cooked well, good temperature. I was especially impressed with the roasted vegetables in my wife’s salad, the quality of the chicken, and the spicy green sauce on my enchilada. Prices are a bit high so I'd expect more from the pizza but I can't honestly give it a 4 as it's a solid 4.5. Service was great and welcoming. The pizza balls were delicious. Don't eat them cold as they taste like bread instead of pizza dough. If I can eat a cold pizza the next day, then it's somewhere I'll come back. The pizza was good the next day but the pizza balls weren't good like they were when they were hot. Overall a good pizza and I'll probably be back.“
