“I like this place and get good service here. But today’s tostada salad was a joke. As it is the combo prices have gone way up post pandemic, but the portions are smaller. My tostada shell today is literally an inch high! Nothing there at all. Ridiculous! Whoever the supplier is needs to step it up and make the shells higher. If I wanted a flat little tostada I’d have ordered the 1$ value one off the Del Taco menu instead. Also side note: what’s up with all the dead landscaping on both sides of the drive up wall? Nobody noticed all the hedges and plants dying all over the place that are now a fire hazard. The sprinklers are either not working or turned off. This didn’t happen overnight. If you get the water going maybe they can be salvaged. All the other landscaping around the other shops including across the street is green. Either water them or pull them out then.“

“This use to be one of our homescjool meet up play days. We're visiting for a few months so been back here a few times & it is still amazing. Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Food is still so good. 5 plus years later & we still love it“

“I love this location. They’re always nice and greet me. Everywhere with a kiosk ignores you but they always ask if you need any assistance with it. I appreciate that they give you as many salsas as you want. I went to the menifee location and they charged me. Even the app shows $0. Foods always right and I’ll keep coming to this location.“

“I usually get the chicken veggie bowl with white rice which has never failed to disappoint what is disappointing is everytime i wash for more hot sauce they give me like 2 and then one extra. At least the blonde girl behind the counter does. When the other guy is here it’s fine he gives me a handful. the other location by the mall too gives me a whole bunch which i have more than i need which is great cause i’ll use it at home. I may sound like it’s a big deal and it’s not but i enjoy the hot sauce with my food and wish the girl would just give me 5 at least 3 for one bowl is never enough“

“I ordered a pretty big meal yesterday, which included 2 brownies that never made it into my bag (Order #3899737). I called right after and left a voicemail — no response. I’ve called four more times today and still can’t get anyone to answer.

Update: I spoke with the store’s owner-operator, Ricardo Ortiz, and he personally reached out, apologized for the mix-up, and made things right. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure we were taken care of.

Mistakes happen, but the way Ricardo handled it showed true leadership and dedication to customer service. This is the kind of response that reminds me why Chick-fil-A has the reputation it does. Thank you, Ricardo, for the exceptional service and for making us whole today.“
