“What can I say about Jack in the Box? It is one of the best hamburger chains around. In my opinion, it is far superior to McDonald's or Burger King. I first ate at a Jack in the Box when I transferred to San Diego, CA in 1980. Jack in the Box was just on the West Coast in those year, but I had heard about it even while living back east. It was love at first bite for their hamburgers and fries! The menu has expanded quite a bit over the years and it is still great food at very reasonable prices. Love their numerous breakfast options (available any time), burgers, curly fries, and their unique tacos. In addition to the West Coast states, Jack in the Box now has locations in Colorado, the Southwest and select locations in the Southeast and Midwest. I hope it expands more in the future. The entire USA deserves Jack in the Box. I am lucky to live in a city covered by many Jack in the Box restaurants.“

“The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple but extremely well thought-out meal.“

“Dropped in for my birthday, we’ve been coming to this shack for over 10 years. Come to find out the previous owners sold to a new amazing couple. Which kept the original flavors, menu and recipes. Still high standards with great flavor, and great portions. We stopped by a little after 10-11 am and got chatting with the couple who now owns the business and how they got it. A really amazing story and so so friendly, they gave our children a couple small dishes of sherbet while we chatted with them and waited for our burgers. Wish to have stayed and chatted longer but had to road trip back home. We will still be coming back as often as we can. WE LOVE POCKET BURGER!! ❤️“

“I just had my first In-N-Out at this location and it was one of the best burger experiences I've had. They were so excited to treat a first timer and gave me some stickers! I'm from Ohio, and the closest we have is Five Guys, and this blows them out of the water! My wife is the local, so I followed her lead and had burgers and fries animal style! The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. “I love a lot of burger places, but TK burger is by far my favorite. I LOVE IT and the vibe inside SOOO MUCH!! When I was in town for a week, I literally got it everyday. It is just a perfect cheeseburgers burger, love the fries and onion rings as well. I'm sad I do not have one by me. The price is right as well, good deal for a combo meal!! If you do not go to TK burger while in the beach towns, you've missed out!! Service is fast and friendly, chill interior and THE BEST BURGER !!!!“

“Originally from SoCal but visiting from AZ. Had to get a DUI for dinner socal style food we don't have where we live. The DUI was ok..fries eh, pastrami good, chili good but the asada was not good. if you don't know a DUI is chili cheese fries topped with carne asada and pastrami.“

“We run a busy DIY art studio nearby, and Fantastic Cafe is one of our go to places when we get really busy and need something to go, or when we need an extra energy pickup at the start/end of a long day. Our favorite is the two for one hamburger special after 4 PM, but we also love the patty milk with extra onions, the big, hot fries, and breakfast. Watch out for their milkshakes. They’re huge and addicting.“

They fry them to make 'em hotter.ABC, normal burger, imo, adds avocado and applewood bacon. I grew up in OC. This burger emulated all of the flavors I recall.

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING in the best possible way. Today I went for lunch with my 90 year old mother, my wife, and our two teenagers - a pretty diverse group, and not real easy to please. Everybody was extremely happy with what they ordered - the only complaint was from my wife, saying afterwards that she had "eaten too much" but couldn't stop because it was so delicious! She had the "heart stopper" burger, which includes bacon and a fried egg. My son and I often split two plates so we can try more things, and the pastrami sandwich and Frisco burger were both GREAT. I should have ordered the Pastrami on grilled rye - personal preference - but the roll it was served on was still very fresh. My daughter ordered the pastrami as well, and she loved hers. Grandma got the Reuben, and is looking forward to finishing it for dinner (huge sandwich for an old lady). We also tried the fried zucchini - best I've had in many years. Great fries and onion rings as well. I think that this may have just become our new family joint for a quick bite. My only regret is that I didn't find it earlier...... I spoke briefly with the manager, and he was really nice - working hard, because of the lunch rush, but was clearly committed to providing great food and great service.“

I'm originally from Chicago so I know my stuff and while the Comisky wasn't an authentic Chicago dog, it was still pretty good. The chili cheese fries were great. The chili was meaty with alot of beans ( real chili does not have beans but I digress) and generous.“
