“Joe is great. After our Uber drive dropped us in the wrong place, Joe would tell us how to get there, he took us there. It was only at the end of the block, but meant the world to us. He wouldn’t accept a tip, so went back to have a beer after dinner. He remembered our name. He is the true meaning of customer service and I’ve told all of my friends to go see him at the Showdown. “This is a hidden new treasure. I was there for a private event for 100 people. We were upstairs and downstairs in the back. The rest of the bar was still in action downstairs in the front. It is a great place with good music and vibe. The place is getting busier and busier so get there before you can get in. “Restaurant has great ambience and service. Food was very yummy especially the chips and guacamole, however for the mains the quantity was a little less. We were quite hungry also so maybe that’s why we felt it. Overall happy with everything though.“

Food is tasty and reliable (they have gluten-free options!) the service is friendly and efficient (Maribel was sooo sweet!) and the view from the 12 floor is wonderful!
