“It was cheeseburger day in the US and I was at the Great Mall shopping with my wife at the Uniqlo which is very close to the Great Mall food court. I was intent on getting my cheeseburger for the day and as you other husbands who shop with your wife know what it's like to stand around while the wife considers close to try on and buy , I decided to see if I can't get my cheeseburger on. Lucky for me the Burger King app had a free cheeseburger with any purchase of a dollar or more. So I made my online order and was able to get a chocolate chip cookie and a cheeseburger for a buck. The experience was easy and smooth and no hassle. Mind you now this is not a classic Burger King experience but rather a mall version of the Burger King experience and it was fine and easy. Happy national cheeseburger day y'all!“

“Went on May 10th Dia de Madres. The location was super busy, but we were seated right away. The service was awesome!!! Even tho it was busy, they had several people helping and checking on the tables. I made a special order. The Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict but with country gravy instead of holendaise sauce!!! I despise holendaise sauce...lol Great Service!!!“

The order was efficiently placed via the kiosk, and a staff member promptly delivered the takeout order to our table. However, the cleanliness of the tables could be improved. 🙂“

“Today 5/21 I came in for my lunch management on duty was very rude ! I have been coming here for over 4 years at least once or twice a week. I even bring a group of my coworkers have never experienced this kind of service , I asked for two bbq sauces . Manager on duty was annoyed and said we only give one sauce for free, the young Mexican girl working and him said, “ I was being annoying in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish ( poor work ethics ) .Which I confronted them both ! As a manager you should have customer service skills or not work in the customer service industry! All other employees have never gave me any issues for a 25 cent bbq sauce lol 😂 how embarrassing of him !Edit: Spoke with the manager she apologized for the service provided and made sure I feel welcomed every time I come for lunch. I appreciate her being humble and respectful because of her i am changing my rating to 5 star service . There are still people who care about their customers. All other staff has always been very friendly and kind minus the incident. Food is fresh and on point always 🫶“
