Our first impression was the place was very clean and products displayed were pleasing to our eyes. But what is more important were the services given to us by CJ and Karlos. “I had the pleasure of working with the team at this store to celebrate my sister's recent achievement—she completed her Bachelor’s degree a semester early! I wanted to surprise her with a cake that would not only reflect her graduation but also add to the special occasion. Despite it being December and the busy Christmas season (a time when graduation-themed decorations aren’t exactly in abundance), the staff went above and beyond to make it happen.

The employees went out of their way to search the back for the perfect decorations to fit the graduation theme. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. When the cake arrived, I was blown away by both the taste and the thoughtful presentation. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, making it a memorable part of my sister’s celebration.

The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. “I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“

“Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one. My friend Charlene picked up the order and shipped immediately to me here in Charlotte, NC. I love your desserts and I expected the box pictured above. I was disappointed because my box was not complete. Below is what I received and what I expected to receive.“

“There is a little wait outside (only 4 people are allowed in at a time) but the employees are fairly fast. They had all of the flavors stocked, the place was clean and had everything you would need including souvenirs or little gifts. Had the lemon raspberry cake which was a special, and it was pretty good. There is seating outside as well.“

“Loved their Burnt Almond cupcake. The lady at the register said it was their most popular and I definitely see why. The cake is very fluffy and moist while the frosting was sweet and plentiful but not overpowering. Loved the toasted almond topping.
I do think that $5+ for a cupcake is a little expensive I was happy with my little treat.“

“I've been having these kind of desserts when I was younger. The quality and the taste of them has never changed. The Bundt Cakes have come in different sizes. You can get your own personal one or a bigger size for a special event.The last one we got one is during my sister's 21st birthday party. We got the bigger one and a personal one. The middle part of the personal size cake is the best since the icing is usually very cold and solid. Everything else tastes sweet, but it's still good to come here.I actually get those occasionally from events, but I probably get one my own soon.“
