Very delicious! Good service. Fair price.
The food was amazing! The braised beef and lamb ribs were both delicious, and the yogurt was so good. One of my favorite spots for authentic Chinese food forever!
This has been my designated comfort food place for several months now. Solid and nostalgic flavors, great service. They really try their best to make customers happy. They respect my dietary preference well (no green onion no cilantro).
I love their traditional lamb chop (it tastes very close to what I had near DunHuang, China), and their braised beef noodle. I prefer their regular thin noodles, but other types are fun to try as well.

DH Noodles & Grill 敦煌兰州牛肉拉面 serves delicious food, including the original Lanzhou noodle soup and lamb hamburger. The 'sliced beef pancake' is a great appetizer, and the dried noodle dish with lamb and peppers is a tasty option. The Lanzhou noodle soup is a standout, with tender roasted lamb leg and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the QR code ordering system is easy to use.
The menu offers a great selection of noodles, grilled items, and regional specialties. Every dish, from hand-pulled noodles to perfectly seasoned lamb skewers, has been consistently delicious. The portions are very generous, and spending $50-$60 for such amazing food is a great deal.
Customers praise the sizzling cumin-seed lamb dish, the crispy scallion pancake wraps, and the quick and attentive service. Some note that the prices have increased, but the food quality and authenticity remain impressive, making DH Noodles & Grill a must-try for traditional Northwest Chinese cuisine.
