About Jollibee

Jollibee is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its consistent quality and taste across locations. The Great Mall location offers an aesthetic design with a bigger space and many nice tables, making it a popular choice for customers traveling to and from the area, especially during weekdays. The environment is kept very clean, with staff like Ernie working hard to wipe down tables and tidy up quickly after customers leave, creating a neat and well-kept atmosphere. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient service, with staff ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly.

The menu features good-quality, tasty items such as the 3-piece chicken combo with pineapple juice, along with new offerings like lychee tea and chicken sandwiches with bacon. The chicken is moist and consistently well-cooked, and spicy options remain a highlight for many diners. Despite some issues with the online order system, which can be messy and cause delays, the overall food quality remains good.

The restaurant maintains a clean environment with lots of open space for guests to sit and enjoy their meals. During busy times, the staff are accommodating, and even with the crowded weekends at the mall, many customers find it better to order online and pick up to avoid parking issues. Overall, Jollibee at the Great Mall provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff, a nice ambiance, and good-quality food, leaving customers eager to return and explore the full menu.
