McDonald's in Milpitas

“Used the screen to order.
Front counter deserted.
Complete chaos in kitchen.
Slow slow slow..
None is running the place.
20 min later..got my food.
Cold fries.. did them again..

Just bad“

“I am rating this McDonald’s establishment four stars. As a franchise, prices may be slightly inflated. Some staff members are not knowledgeable about the menu.

For instance, I requested a snack-sized Oreo McFlurry through the drive-thru, but the representative informed me that they were no longer available, even when they were.

The food quality is satisfactory, and the overall service is commendable.“

“When someone smiles and thanks for the food you don’t say ahem and then say “enslaved”. Honey, in a million years I’ll be enslaved, you’re just not used to nice people. I think it’s time you changed jobs. It’s 3am, no one has time for that but everyone else there is really cool! Also there’s nothing wrong with regulars. I don’t know you. Give me my food or drink ?“

“I like this place.. After a time consuming visit to the Great Mall(which closes by 7:30 or so), this is a decent place to have your dinner. Needless to say they are consistent. The crew members are supportive and it is a nice, casual atmosphere for a family dinner during a shopping.“

“This Mc. Needs to upgrade their customers service. They're are some of them don't like people if a person is American they greet them but most often they don't say thank. Everyday I drink coffee. They dont deserve to work on the fast food. I must say they need to go to school to act like customer service.“
