“It's cash only.Had been seeing this place ever so often, decided to finally get dinner from there. My God, it was amazing. After a long long long time, had a truly delicious Al pastor burrito. Their torta was also amazing! Not much seating, did a take out. It's now my favorite Mexican food truck“

“on the afternoon of OCT 27, 2024 poor staff didn't have any cooks - they are doing their best with the hand they were dealt today. I hope those that were kicking tail to keep up with the demand are given a raise or a respectful appreciation for sticking through unique challenges and stressors.“

“Love their quesabirria tacos, they are crunchy, don't like that I pay extra for consome, it's good but should come with it, just my opinion. The pizza is good, the flour tortilla does give it another flavor, you loose the crunch and the ramen.. well it was ok.. also, try to carpool lol parking not the best if it's packed.“

“Lobo’s Tacos is a hidden gem located inside a small supermarket. Despite the humble setting, the food is exceptional. The beef head tacos are my personal favorite — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. If you’re a fan of authentic tacos, this is definitely a spot you don’t want to miss. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again!“

“Wow! What a surprise to see that Tonita's truck was open at 9 and to see that they still had masa to make delicious gorditas! The corn in the masa was fantastic. I got the lengua -amazing! The carnitas were great too-a perfect combination of meaty and crunchy! Plan to make the detour on our way to Santa Cruz.“
“Big Ruub's did a great job catering my nephew's graduation party. The staff was efficient setting up the taco bar and they did a good job serving. The tree choices of meats were all well prepared and the toppings were ample and of good quality. The food was all very good. They cleaned up and boxed the left overs well. They made a great impression and the locals at the party all expressed and interest in using Big Ruub in the future. If Big Ruub is on the menu, count me in.“

“Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejuteco has become my cherished discovery in the local food truck scene, transforming from a chance encounter into my go-to destination for delicious Mexican cuisine. This cash-only establishment serves up dishes that consistently exceed expectations, both in flavor and generosity.
The crown jewel of their menu is undoubtedly the al pastor torta, which introduced me to an unexpected but delightful twist – the addition of beans. The interplay of textures, combined with the traditional pineapple in the al pastor, creates a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and creamy elements that elevate this sandwich to memorable heights. Their chicken quesadillas deserve special mention, striking the perfect balance between crispy exterior and melted, flavorful filling.
What sets this food truck apart is their attention to the details that many establishments overlook. The pickled vegetables, served in generous portions, add a bright, acidic counterpoint to their rich main dishes. Their taco selection maintains high quality across the board, and the burritos, are certainly worth exploring as well.
The establishment's character shines through not just in their food but in their genuine hospitality. During one visit, when I found myself a dollar short while purchasing a Jarritos after my meal, they graciously accepted what I had – a small gesture that speaks volumes about their customer service philosophy. This kind of personal touch, increasingly rare in today's dining landscape, helps foster a loyal customer base.
While the cash-only policy might require some planning ahead, it's a minor inconvenience given the quality and value provided. Whether you're craving authentic Mexican street food or seeking a reliable quick meal, Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejyteco delivers consistency, generosity, and flavor in every dish. It's more than just a food truck – it's a testament to the enduring appeal of well-executed, unpretentious cuisine.“
