We went to the Mira Lima location but the clerk was not wearing a face mask so we left. We went there on June 28. The face mask is required in California“

The Miche is my favorite for grilled cheese sandwiches on the panini grill. Lemon Rosemary is another savory favorite as well as the recently added Cranberry Jalapeno.

“I visit this shop every other week for a loaf of their delicious sourdough bread. This time, I decided to try their pumpkin coffee cake as well, and it did not disappoint! They offer a variety of sourdough flavors, and every one I’ve tried so far has been fantastic. The pumpkin bread, in particular, was phenomenal! The store is always clean and well-organized, with a tempting selection of sweets. They also have sandwiches on the menu, which I haven’t tried yet, but I’m looking forward to it on my next visit. “I went to Yvette's Bakery for the first time since many people recommended their tamales. I got a pork tamale, a chicken tamale, some pan dulce that another customer recommended, and a flan. The tamales were still warm by the time when I returned to my house and delicious! Very juicy, not too salty, good balance of masa and filling. Their pan dulce was very fresh and scrumptious as well. I'll definitely go there again on Sunday to try their menudo and pick up a half dozen tamales.“

To my absolute pleasant surprise I found ‘Tasteful Cakes’. They were not only 10 minutes away from my home, but they met every expectation that I held onto from my previous bakery. “It's the best bakery ever. I come from Idyllwild CA to Jurupa Valley it's an easy 50 miles just for the bread. They have all sorts of varieties from tamales, to o champurrado, they even have b'day cake. If you are in the area you should stop by and grab a few pieces of bread.“

“They offer a 2 person meal deal for $49. It comes with an appetizer, two entrees and two pieces of pie. We had the stroganoff and it was delicious!! For our appetizer, we did the crispy green beans. Tasty as always. But this time it looks like they sprinkled on some sort of spice, that was in my opinion, unnecessary. It didn't really add anything to the flavor. All the food was hot and quickly served. Dessert was New York cheesecake cake and custard pie. All of it was delicious!!
