“After dropping off my car carrier to my old pal Oscar Mendoza, so he can get his cars down to the Riverside Concours d'elegance next weekend, we headed straight to the Bella Italia Restaurant. Being in Modesto with a tried and true Mexican...I expected tacos! But...Man-O-Man was I pleasantly surprised, the food was amazing! Well worth the trip. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆“

Service was amazing! Multiple staff checked on table for anything we needed. Pasta, salad and breadstick with Alfredo sauce was delicious!

“Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and goes out of the way to fix the food the way you like it, the pizza and the calzones are out of this world and the marinara sauce is my absolute favorite of any I've had at any Italian restaurant!! I'm so happy they have a veggie bar too. The prices are fair and reasonable and I'm glad they added the gelato bar��“

DGLB Band had a presentation this past October 21st for the Red Tie Arts Org. Global Concert Series and it was Fantastic!! For a great night out you need to look no further, PAPAPOLLONI Mediterranean Bistro & Bar is the place to go for a Modesto Fine Dinning!“

“Great food. Came here for the first time a few months ago and have been back several times since. Up until now the best Italian food I’ve ever had was when visited our daughter in San Diego and we always go to Buono Forcheta in the South Park area. Gusto is as good as they are. The depth of flavor in the bolognese sauce is amazing. The lasagna is also amazing. The other nice thing is that the kitchen is out in the open behind the bar area and you can watch the chef work his magic if you want to sit at the bar.“

“First time here also buying from pizza guys, cashier was very professional.Location was clean.Also front of the store was clean and outside store.Prices I believe reasonably priced.They have a refrigerator for ice cream and sodas very clean.Store fully lit.There are two chairs at the waiting area, due to space of the store I think it just fine.There are 3 monitor showing specials,I bought two pepperoni pizzas in overall for was awesome “

“Love this place. One bad thing is that the new to-go containers ruins the food. By the time it gets home the moisture from the steam makes the bread soft and rubbery. If you can eat in store tho, you will be delighted. Fingers crossed they go back to the old to go containers (cardboard boxes)“

“I go to this outstanding place once a month because I enjoy the good mood that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is extremely cordial and experienced. The service is certainly fast. Also, the food you get is perfect. I came often and I was always happy. The payment is modest. I highly recommend this restaurant to to everybody.“
