Expensive
I ordered ahead on the app. Food was great. They gave us waters cups when we asked. And they put ketchup and hot sauce in my bag when I forgot to ask. I really appreciated that.
First time ordering from Popeyes, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo (with fries and mashed potatoes) and a second standalone spicy sandwich for my partner.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is known for its great customer service and delicious chicken. The staff, including the manager, always make sure customers are well taken care of. Francisco and the drive-through team provide excellent service, making each visit enjoyable. Customers have remarked on the fresh and delicious food, along with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Although ordering through the kiosk may not be ideal, the food remains top-notch. The parking situation is convenient, but wheelchair accessibility could be improved at the front door. Overall, this little Popeyes knows exactly what they are doing, and it is worth a trip to city heights to experience the crisp, juicy chicken and sides reminiscent of grandma’s cooking, all served with a genuine smile.
