Our waiter was exceptional Yamileth took care of everything my family is a little picky so we had a lot of substituting items which she gladly did with no issues. “Food was delicious. Been a while since ive been to Applebee's. Billy was our server and he was excellent. Very friendly and patient when taking our order. He checked on us frequently which we really appreciated. The hostess greeted us with a smile and was also very kind. We will be returning again!“

“ITS A REALLY COOL, CHILL SPOT TO HAVE A FEW BEERS AT. THE BARTENDER LADY IS THE BEST. SHE IS ON TOP OF WHATEVER IT IS THAT SHE HAS TO DO. MY BROTHER AND WILL GO EVERY OTHER WEEK. “First of all I need to say I had a great meal. The burger was delicious! I was surprised how big the burger was too because I was expecting something small but it came with a knife and fork...(Tbh, I was like, naaah I don't need that but ended up using it to cut my burger into fourths haha).
Legit, I asked for medium and that burger was medium. Slightly salty fried but damn they were seasoned nicely. Cold beer glasses were a nice plus. They serve them in mugs just fyi.
I wanted to sit at the bar but it was full, they have TVs showing sports games, and as the hour passed the entire place started to fill in. This place is busy.
I must have arrived right before the rush, and my food came out in 10ish minutes, but even others food was coming out at a great pace.
Islands is a loud restaurant which is why I gave a 3 in atmosphere, but personally I like that! I like that I can hear my food being made, my servers chatting, guests filling in, 80s freestyle bumping, a birthday party popping off... Bring headphones if you prefer the quite. But despite the rumble I could chat with my server just fine.
Shout out to Karen H. (They gave my permission to use their name). Incredibly helpful and attentive. In fact the entire staff were. They guy who brought my food out even asked if I needed anything.
The place looked clean, smelled clean, and the silverware looked clean. The restroom was also clean/recently cleaned. Huge!

“Thursday Nights !! A+ Bartender Rosie goes above and beyond . I’m not only if she friendly and acknowledges any and every person who walks in she’s not like other bartenders I’ve seen other establishments who are on their phone more than they are working. She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. Or even new had to make a drink Tina’s Tavern Thursdays Hands down the place to be“

“Love the pizza. I wish they would expand their toppings. The one complaint is their online ordering form by Tabit.us is terrible to use. The fields for data entry are too small, and you can’t see if you’ve made an entry error. For example when entering my phone number I accidentally hit one wrong number, and didn’t see it until it went to send the confirmation code to the wrong number. I used the back arrow, and was not able to enter a new phone number. I deleted the whole order, reordered, and it pulled up the wrong phone number again. The only way I was able to place an order was to delete the order AGAIN, log out of the website, log back in, and select NO to Use location? Terrible ordering experience that could easily be fixed with a better form design. It’s not rocket science.“

“Joshua, our server, was absolutely amazing! His service since we sat down was great!
When we got seated by Natalia, she just gave such a great welcome and recommended the Halloween drinks.
He asked “what can we get started first? Something to drink?” And that’s how he got us, we knew we wanted the Halloween drinks and they were so good!
Kept checking in on us and then down the line Nely, the manager, came to check on us and just made our visit so welcoming asking us if we needed anything to let them know. Tbh best visit we’ve had in any restaurant in a while! We will be coming back! (Drinks are bomb)“
